I definitely encourage you to get this app

I use this daily, and Im not 100% its accurate, but its pretty close, pretty neat use of camera and flash. Taking heart rate is easy!

Just got it. Does what it says. Does it pretty well.

It really helps you get in shape or improve your fitness.

I have atrial fibrillation ( the upper chambers of the heart are beating faster and out of sync with the lower chambers). Until I get this fixed I find using this app to monitor my heart rate as I go about my everyday activities very helpful. The beat graph is also a "picture is worth 1000 words" in explaining what AFib is.

I tried several apps and this one is the easiest to use so far for a quick check after a workout.

I enjoy using the app. It is just what the Doctor ordered.
